Core Themes

Gender sensitisation is about understanding yourself, respecting others, and knowing your rights.

Identity & Self-Worth

Understand who you are beyond labels. Your identity is shaped by your values, dreams, and choices — not by stereotypes.

Consent & Respect

Your body belongs to you. Consent means saying yes freely, and respect means honouring boundaries — yours and others.

Digital Citizenship

Navigate the online world with confidence. Protect your privacy, think before you share, and stand up to cyberbullying.

Breaking Stereotypes

Challenge the idea that gender decides your path. Girls can be scientists, athletes, leaders — anything they choose.

Emotional Wellbeing

Recognize and manage your emotions. Building emotional intelligence helps you handle stress, build resilience, and support others.

Rights & Protections

Know the laws that protect you — POCSO Act, POSH Act, and more. You have rights, and there are people ready to support you.

Course Chapters

A comprehensive curriculum covering puberty, body positivity, menstrual health, confident communication, and cyber safety — delivered through training sessions at your school.

01

Puberty, Body Positivity, and Responsible Reproductive Health

Understand the changes during adolescence, build self-worth beyond appearance, and learn about body confidence free from media pressure and stereotypes.
